If you’ve ever had a panic attack, you know how absolutely terrifying it can be. It can literally feel you might die or like you’re having a heart attack. Sometimes just the fear of possibly having another panic attack, will cause such high anxiety that it might even trigger a panic attack for seemingly no reason at all.

What I Help With

I specialize in helping individuals overcome and manage their fears by offering a calming, safe place for you to navigate your struggles in sessions without judgment. I teach coping strategies and cognitive behavioral techniques that will significantly help decrease the frequency and intensity of panic attacks. I also use exposure therapy with clients to gradually help them conquer their fears at their own pace.
