Do you struggle with negative self-talk and are always talking bad about yourself? Do you think you’re not worthy, not smart enough, not confident? Perhaps it feels like you’re not where you’re “supposed” to be life and find yourself comparing your life to other’s lives.

You want so badly to be able to walk into work or your college class, and NOT be so nervous and self-conscious that you think everyone is looking at you (they’re not). Shutting off the negative thoughts and actually believing in yourself is something you want so much but maybe you don’t even think it’s possible. It is though.

I specialize and really enjoy working with individuals with low self-esteem and low confidence issues. Whether you’re a young adult, a mother, or middle-aged single person, low self-esteem can occur at any age. I can help you work through these issues and help you gain confidence and learn to accept yourself as you are. In sessions we will work on improving communication skills, learning relaxation techniques, confidence building, and behavioral rehearsal (aka role playing).
